Yoga is for every BODY!! Come reduce stress, build muscle tone, develop balance, strengthen bones and increase flexibility with us. All ages and abilities are welcome to come and move their body in this fellowship opportunity.
Mondays and Thursdays are chair yoga. An all level class practicing gentle stretching and deep breathing to promote relaxation. Postures are done from chair and standing. Tuesday is floor yoga. Press the "reset" button and de-stress and restore energy in this mixed level class that utilizes both floor and standing positions.
All classes are taught by Anna Davis and are offered on a donation only basis.
